Product Description

The VigilLink VLEX-HT2070-TR is a high-performance HDMI extender designed to transmit uncompressed HDMI signals over long distances using a single Cat5e or Cat6 cable. Leveraging HDBaseT technology, it delivers reliable signal transmission up to 230 feet (70 meters) to a remote display while maintaining high-definition video and audio quality.

This extender converts HDMI signals into standard HDBaseT for transmission via LAN cable, offering installation flexibility and enhanced range without signal degradation. It supports bidirectional IR pass-through, allowing users to control both source and display devices from either end of the setup, up to the full extension distance. Ideal for conference rooms, digital signage, classrooms, and residential AV systems, the VLEX-HT2070-TR ensures seamless connectivity and convenient control in any professional AV environment.

Featured Highlights

POC (Power Over Cable) function supported: Power either TX or RX with a 24V@1A power supply; the other end does not require power from the DC jack. POC power consumption is less than 10W.
Utilize a single UTP LAN cable (CAT-5E/6) for long-distance HDMI transmission, following standard direct interconnection methods for UTP termination.
Transmission distances over CAT6 cable:
70 meters: 1080P @60Hz 36bit; 3D 1080P @30Hz 36bit.
40 meters: 1080P @60Hz @48bit; 1080P @120Hz @24bit; 3D 1080P @60Hz @36bit; 4K x 2K @30Hz @24bit.
Support display resolutions up to 4K x 2K @30Hz.
Full HD support includes: 1080p @60Hz @48 bit/pixels, 1080p @120Hz @24 bit/pixels, 3D 1080P @60Hz, and 4K x 2K @30Hz @24bit.
Transmit bidirectional infrared control signal alongside the HDMI signal (see description 2 in user manual).
Transmit bidirectional RS232 control signal alongside the HDMI signal (see description 3 in user manual).
