Product Description

The VLEX-HT3UTU40 is a compact 18Gbps HDBaseT 3.0 extender that keeps a USB-C signal chain intact from source to display. The transmitter accepts a USB-C source over DP-Alt Mode (v1.2a), and the receiver outputs a USB-C connection carrying both video and USB 2.0 data, so USB-C-native displays, touch panels, or docking monitors can sit at the far end of a Cat6A/7 run without an HDMI adapter in between.

Uncompressed 4K@60Hz (4:4:4 8-bit) extends up to 130ft/40m, with 4K@30Hz reaching 230ft/70m over the same cable. The transmitter includes a dedicated USB-C charging port and two local USB-A ports, while the receiver adds a USB-C device port and two more USB-A ports, so peripherals at either end have somewhere to connect. USB 2.0 passes through the HDBaseT link at up to 70m, supporting up to three USB devices at the receiver.

RS-232 pass-through and bidirectional 24V PoC round out the design, so either end can power the link and existing control systems keep working across the extended connection.
