Product Description
The VLEX-HT3HUTHU100G is the dual-output member of VigilLink's HDBaseT 3.0 family, extending uncompressed 4K2K@60Hz (YUV 4:4:4) video, USB 3.2, 1G Ethernet, RS-232, and bidirectional IR up to 328ft/100m over a single Cat6A/7 cable. Where its sibling models terminate at a single HDMI or USB-C output, this receiver drives both simultaneously: one HDMI output and one USB-C output that carries DP video plus a USB 2.0 device port, useful for displays or touch panels that only accept USB-C, or installations feeding two different endpoints from one source.
The transmitter's USB-C host port is shared across the family: DP-Alt Mode A/V, USB 3.2 Gen 1 data at up to 5Gbps, 1G Ethernet, and 100 watts of charging over one connection, backed by a dedicated USB-B 3.2 host and additional USB-A device ports. HDBT Standard Mode covers the full 100m at 4K60/4K30/1080p, and HDBT Long Reach Mode extends to 492ft/150m at 1080p 8-bit when distance matters more than resolution.
Both ends de-embed 3.5mm analog audio, support advanced EDID management, and pass RS-232 (with API and CEC device power control), 1G Ethernet, and bidirectional IR. HDCP 2.2 and DisplayPort 1.4a compliance keep it compatible with current USB-C laptops and docking hardware.

Ideal Applications
Corporate Boardrooms & Conference Rooms
Rooms with both a traditional HDMI display and a USB-C touch panel or secondary monitor can drive both from a single transmitter and cable run, rather than deploying two separate extenders.
Higher Education Classrooms & Lecture Capture
Instructor stations that feed both a room projector (HDMI) and a USB-C confidence monitor or annotation display at the podium get both outputs from one Cat6A/7 run.
Healthcare & Telemedicine Suites
Consult rooms with a wall display and a USB-C clinical touch panel can be wired from a single source without doubling up on cabling, keeping equipment carts and wall plates simpler.
Command Centers & Control Rooms
Dual video outputs support a main video wall feed (HDMI) alongside a USB-C operator console display, from the same transmitter and cable.
Broadcast & Production Facilities
Preview monitors that mix legacy HDMI displays with newer USB-C reference monitors can share a single extended source, simplifying rack wiring in edit bays.
Hospitality & Digital Signage
Lobby installations pairing a large-format HDMI display with a USB-C interactive kiosk benefit from feeding both from one transmitter over a single cable pull.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the HDMI and USB-C outputs on the receiver run at the same time?
Yes, the receiver drives both outputs simultaneously, so a single transmitter and cable run can feed both an HDMI display and a USB-C display or touch panel at once.
What does the receiver's USB-C output actually carry?
It carries DisplayPort video (DP-Alt Mode) plus USB 2.0 data, so it functions as a video output and a low-speed data connection combined, suited for USB-C displays or interactive panels.
How does this compare to the VLEX-HT3HUTH100G?
They share the same transmitter, chipset, and 100m/150m reach. The difference is entirely at the receiver: the HT3HUTH100G outputs HDMI plus four USB 2.0 device ports only, while the HT3HUTHU100G swaps two of those USB-A ports for a second video output over USB-C.
Do both outputs need to be connected for the extender to work?
No. Either output can be used independently if only one display is needed; the second output simply provides the option to drive two displays from one link.
What's the maximum USB-C charging power at the transmitter?
Up to 100 watts via DP-Alt Mode power delivery at the transmitter's USB-C host port.
Does 1G Ethernet pass-through work independently of the video signal?
Yes, the LAN pass-through is a dedicated RJ45-to-RJ45 path carried alongside the video and USB signals over the same Cat6A/7 cable, and functions regardless of which video output is in use.
