Product Description

The VLEX-UB32CBB-RX is the remote-side receiver unit for VigilLink's USB 3.2 Gen 1 extension system. It terminates the Cat6A/7 cable run from the VLEX-UB32CBB-TX transmitter and presents four USB 3.2/3.0 Type-A device ports — including one dedicated 1.5A high-power port — at the extension endpoint up to 100 meters from the host. USB 3.2 Gen 1 data arrives at full 5 Gbps bandwidth, with backward compatibility for USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and USB 1.1 devices across all four ports simultaneously.

The built-in hub occupies only one USB tier in the host's device tree, preserving headroom for downstream USB hub expansion when more ports are needed. RS-232 and FSYNC GPIO signals arrive transparently from the transmitter over the same Cat cable, enabling direct camera control and frame sync at the remote end without separate wiring. The two-way PoH+ module allows the RX to power the full TX/RX link if the receiver location has accessible power and the transmitter end does not.
