Product Description
The VLCT-CSQTP10 is a 10" professional touch panel designed as the primary user interface for VigilLynx™ Control installations. Running Android 15 on a MediaTek Genio 510 hexa-core processor, the panel renders VigilLynx™ Control interfaces via browser — providing smooth, responsive control of room AV systems, lighting, climate, shading, and access control from a dedicated wall-mounted or tabletop display. No proprietary client application is required; the VigilLynx™ Control interface loads directly in the on-device browser and connects to the VLCT-MCSPC master controller or cloud server over the local network.
The panel features a 10.1-inch IPS display at 1920×1200 resolution with a minimum brightness of 350 cd/m² and 800:1 contrast ratio — delivering clear, readable visuals under a wide range of ambient lighting conditions, from dim boardrooms to bright reception areas. The 10-point PCAP multi-touch layer responds accurately to natural touch gestures, and the landscape-orientation format presents VigilLynx™ Control room interfaces at their intended aspect ratio without reflow or scaling.
Connectivity is designed for clean, low-infrastructure installation. PoE 802.3at (IEEE 802.3at) delivers both network and power over a single CAT cable run to the panel — eliminating separate power adapters and AC wiring in the wall. For installations where a wired drop is not available, Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) provides high-throughput wireless connectivity with reduced interference in dense office environments. A USB Type-C (OTG/ADB) port and USB Type-A (2.0) port are available for peripheral connections and device management. NFC (13.56MHz) enables tap-to-authenticate workflows, allowing users to instantly access personalized room profiles or secure meeting sessions with a badge or mobile device tap.
Ambient light and proximity sensors allow the panel to automatically adjust screen brightness based on room lighting conditions and power down the display when no presence is detected — reducing energy consumption in unoccupied spaces. Dual RGB LED bars on the left and right edges of the panel provide programmable status indication: room availability, meeting in progress, system alerts, or custom notification states configurable through VigilLynx™ Control.
The panel mounts via standard US and EU gang-box compatible brackets, and is also compatible with the VLCT-QTP10WM recessed wall mount, VLCT-QTP10TS tabletop stand, and VLCT-QTP10OG one-gang installation kit.

Ideal Applications
Corporate Conference Rooms and Boardrooms
The VLCT-CSQTP10 serves as the room control interface for corporate meeting spaces of all sizes. Mount it beside the door or at the conference table and present a VigilLynx™ Control room page for one-touch source selection, display power, lighting presets, shade control, and videoconferencing codec management. NFC tap-to-authenticate allows scheduled meeting participants to instantly load their room profile and access personalized settings without navigating menus. The proximity sensor powers the display on automatically as users approach, and the dual LED bars communicate room availability at a glance from the corridor.
Classrooms and Lecture Halls
Universities and K–12 schools deploy the VLCT-CSQTP10 to give instructors direct, intuitive control of classroom AV without requiring IT support for each session. The VigilLynx™ Control browser interface presents a simplified, role-appropriate layout for instructors — projector on/off, source selection, screen drop, room lighting — while maintaining a separate technician-level interface accessible with appropriate credentials. PoE installation keeps wall wiring minimal and consistent across standardized classroom builds, and the ambient light sensor adjusts panel brightness automatically as blinds open or classroom lights dim for projection.
Hospitality and Hotel Guest Rooms
Hotels and resorts use the VLCT-CSQTP10 as the in-room control interface for guest AV, lighting, climate, and do-not-disturb systems. The panel's RGB LED bars can be programmed to reflect room occupancy status, housekeeping notifications, or DND state — visible from outside the room when mounted beside the door. Android 15 provides a stable, long-support OS foundation for hospitality deployments where panels remain in service for years without replacement, and the 0°C to 40°C operating range covers standard hotel corridor and room environments.
Healthcare and Clinical Environments
Hospitals and clinical facilities deploy the VLCT-CSQTP10 to control room AV, patient entertainment systems, nurse call integration, and lighting from a cleanable, wall-mounted panel. The camera-less configuration is standard, meeting the privacy requirements of patient rooms, exam rooms, and secure clinical areas without hardware modification. NFC tap-to-authenticate supports staff badge login for role-appropriate access to clinical control functions, and the proximity sensor ensures the display is active when staff are present and dark when the room is unoccupied.
Government and Secure Facilities
The VLCT-CSQTP10's camera-less standard configuration makes it suitable for secure government, defense, and intelligence facility deployments where imaging devices are restricted or prohibited. The panel connects to the VLCT-MCSPC master controller over the local network without requiring cloud services, supporting air-gapped or network-isolated control system architectures. NFC authentication aligns with CAC/PIV badge workflows common in government environments, and the robust Android 15 security model with regular patch support satisfies baseline endpoint security requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the VLCT-CSQTP10 and how does it work with VigilLynx™ Control? The VLCT-CSQTP10 is a dedicated 10" touch panel for VigilLynx™ Control installations. Running Android 15, it accesses VigilLynx™ Control room interfaces directly through the on-device browser — connecting to the VLCT-MCSPC master controller or VigilLynx™ Control cloud server over the local network. No proprietary client app is required. The panel presents the room control interface configured for that space: AV source selection, display power, lighting, climate, shading, and any other systems integrated into the VigilLynx™ Control project.
Does the VLCT-CSQTP10 require a separate power supply? No. The VLCT-CSQTP10 is powered via PoE 802.3at — a single CAT cable run from a PoE-capable network switch delivers both network connectivity and power to the panel. A DC jack (12V/2A) is also available as an alternative power source for installations where PoE is not available at the wall location.
What mounting options are available for the VLCT-CSQTP10? Three mounting accessories are available: the VLCT-QTP10WM recessed in-wall mount for a flush wall installation, the VLCT-QTP10TS tabletop stand for conference table or credenza placement, and the VLCT-QTP10OG one-gang installation kit for standard single-gang wall box mounting. The panel is also compatible with US and EU standard gang-boxes, enabling retrofit installations without new wall penetrations.
What do the LED bars on the VLCT-CSQTP10 do? The dual RGB LED bars on the left and right edges of the panel are programmable through VigilLynx™ Control and can be configured to display any status state relevant to the installation — room availability (green/red), meeting in progress, do-not-disturb, system alerts, or custom notification colors. In a corridor-facing mount, the LED bars communicate room status to passersby without requiring them to read the display.
How does NFC work on the VLCT-CSQTP10? The panel includes NFC peer-to-peer support at 13.56MHz, compatible with standard NFC-enabled badges, access cards, and mobile devices. In a VigilLynx™ Control deployment, NFC tap events can trigger authentication workflows, load user-specific room profiles, initiate scheduled meetings, or activate secure access sequences — configurable through the VigilLynx™ Control IDE. This is particularly useful in corporate environments where employees already carry NFC-enabled ID badges.
Why is the VLCT-CSQTP10 camera-less? The VLCT-CSQTP10 is offered without a built-in camera as the standard configuration. This makes it immediately suitable for enterprise, government, healthcare, and security-conscious deployments where imaging devices on wall-mounted panels are restricted by policy or regulation — without requiring hardware modification, tape-over workarounds, or special procurement. For installations where a camera is acceptable, contact VigilLink for available options.
Can the VLCT-CSQTP10 connect wirelessly? Yes. The panel supports Wi-Fi 6 (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) with Bluetooth 5.2, providing a full wireless connectivity option for installations where running a CAT cable to the panel location is not practical. Wi-Fi 6 delivers improved throughput and reduced interference in dense wireless environments compared to Wi-Fi 5, ensuring reliable control interface performance in offices with many concurrent wireless devices.
What is the ambient light sensor used for? The ambient light sensor (ALS) automatically adjusts the panel's display brightness in response to changing room lighting conditions — dimming in low-light environments and increasing brightness when room lights are on or sunlight is present. Combined with the proximity sensor, the panel can be configured to reduce brightness or blank the display entirely when no presence is detected, conserving power in unoccupied rooms and extending panel longevity.
