Product Description
The VLMX-88HT2 is a professional-grade 8x8 HDMI matrix switcher featuring HDBaseT technology for long-distance signal extension. It connects up to eight HDMI sources to sixteen displays, offering eight HDMI outputs, each mirrored with a simultaneous CAT output.
Each HDBaseT output extends video up to 492 ft (150 m) over a single Cat5e, 6, or 7 cable and supports resolutions up to 4K2K at 60Hz (4:4:4). Independent downscalers on every HDMI output allow seamless 4K-to-1080p conversion for mixed-display environments.
Audio de-embedding is supported via analog and coaxial outputs, enabling flexible audio integration.
The VLMX-88HT2 offers multiple intuitive control options including front-panel buttons with OLED display, IR remote, RS-232, LAN, and Web GUI, making it ideal for commercial AV, control rooms, and high-end residential applications.
