Product Description
The VLMX-0402E is an 18G HDMI matrix switcher featuring four HDMI inputs and two independently scalable HDMI outputs. Each input and output supports video resolutions up to 4K60 (4:4:4) with full HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 compliance.
Each output can be individually downscaled to 1080p, allowing compatibility with legacy displays or HDBaseT extension systems. The unit supports audio de-embedding for both outputs, providing analog L/R and optical TosLink audio outputs.
Designed for smart automation, the VLMX-0402E can automatically control connected display devices via RS232, CEC, or IR, either when the last input signal is lost or when a new signal is detected.
Flexible control options include front panel buttons, RS232, IR, and LAN. The switcher also offers two operational modes: distribution mode (where the same source is sent to both outputs) and switching mode (independent switching per output), making it a versatile solution for conference rooms, classrooms, and small-scale AV systems.
